Into the Secret Depths of Scorpio: June’s Full Moon in JyeṢṬhā Nakshatra | Vedic Astrology Guidance

Full Moon in Scorpio | Jyeṣṭhā Nakshatra | Vedic Astrology

There’s no avoiding your emotional depths on this transformative Full Moon, which culminates on June 11th at 8:43 AM (BST). This cycle carries the wisdom of Jyeṣṭhā, the Elder star, awakening the unconscious recesses where our shadows live, buried yet holding mighty metamorphic power.

The Moon feels alone, and is not comfortable here, in the tail end of Scorpio; a kind of unpleasant venom lingers and may sting body and mind, or others, if not transmuted through healthy self-expression and physical movement, the likes of which Venus-ruled Taurus enjoys! After all, the Sun is here, casting his light toward the hidden faculties of the mind.

You’ve been too hard on yourself. It takes wild courage to grow from your pain and share your truth with others. It’s time to lean into your innate divinity and self-leadership, care less about the chaos, and fix your attention instead upon your true values and the things that grow your sense of worth and true beauty.

You can be a dragon-slayer and still wear that tiara! You can cry at the same time as moving into your empowered nature. Stagnancy is death.

There is much potency in holding a secret. Not all things need to be shared. Some communication requires strategy and right timing.

The art of fighting is within Jyeṣṭhā’s domain, as Indra, the Warrior King of the Gods, rules this portion of the sky. His legendary stories reveal an important teaching: humility, the removal of ego, leads to deeper awareness, clarity and higher intelligence. From this place, one can win a battle.

Replace the fear of the Other with gaining mastery over the jñānendriyas, the sense organs. Higher ascension requires the shedding of false masks. In the coming weeks, it may be wise to question what has been hiding for far too long, and what has materialised on the surface that can now be withdrawn.

Find the balance, the light, the authenticity. Let yourself be guided by the wisdom that has come from past wounds and conflicts.

Mercury, super-happy in Gemini, offers nourishment to the mental realms. Can you gently lay your armour aside and allow for the flexibility of thought and being?

The imagination is wide open; you’re never truly alone when creative possibilities are endless.

The dark feminine energy of Jyeṣṭhā — the first-born, the big-sister advice — calls us to rise up through the discomfort and step into the sunlight for the remainder of June.

FULL MOON INTENTION:

Release reactive fears and transcend uncertainty by trusting the intelligence of your inner divinity. What feels out of your control may be the illusion you’re here to dissolve. Rise from your wounded cave and stand in quiet strength.

JOURNAL THIS:

ᯓ★୭˚What vulnerability must be surrendered for inner sovereignty to take root?

ᯓ★୭˚ What revelation is ready to catalyse into personal power?

ᯓ★୭˚ Whose guidance can support my wellbeing and path? (Ask for help when needed.)

RISE UP, Warrior.

The Inner Practitioner: Mentorship & Membership Programme

For dedicated yoga students ready to walk the dharmic path with depth, clarity and support.

Are you a sincere seeker longing to deepen your yoga journey beyond drop-in classes and solo practice?

Do you feel the pull toward traditional teachings: Sanskrit, Vedic mantras, and the living wisdom of Sanātana Dharma, but find yourself without clear guidance or an accessible path?

You’re not alone.

Many modern yoga spaces bypass the root wisdom of yoga, leaving students spiritually hungry and disconnected from the very tradition they love.

This programme was created for you—the sincere seeker, longing for authentic dharmic teachings.

In weekly workshops you’ll move from a fragmented practice to a rooted, living experience of yoga—one that honours the original intention: moksha, the liberation of the soul.

Yoga has been commodified, its language (Sanskrit) stripped away, and its purpose diluted. Without the power of speech (Vāk) and the traditional method of oral transmission, the deeper dimensions of yoga remain out of reach.
