The FULL MOON AND THE FALL

You say you’re stuck…
but maybe you’re subconsciously afraid of moving forward.
You say things are not working…
that you’re tired of trying…
but maybe you’re just really afraid of the pause.
You say you’re frozen or overwhelmed…
but maybe, just maybe, you’re afraid of confronting your depths.
You say you’re in limbo…
but could it be that you’re just truly afraid of the descent?
Into the Depths of the Dark Goddess…
What if it was my shadow, not yours, that I drowned in when we met? Thinking I were the good girl as you titled me, the white witch, and you, the demon prince, the heart thief.
But in reality it is I who am the shadow queen, black of heart, made of ice, unable to face the very things you’re unafraid to hide. These grim features you revealed only to me. The secrets of your wicked personality.
After you dismembered me—mind, body, heart—my entire spirituality, I questioned how I had interpreted the actual reality.
What if I gave you my throne, for you to show me my true shade— gold, and the essence of my soul?
What if I were the princess of darkness, imprisoned in a dark tower all this time? And it was you who came with your light to set me free?
What then?
FROM VOID TO VISION: The Light of Guru PŪRṆIMĀ | Full Moon in Sagittarius | July 10th

FULL MOON IN SAGITTARIUS, PŪRVĀṢĀḌHĀ | VEDIC ASTROLOGY INSIGHTS
A bright, auspicious Moon rises in Dhanu rāśi, Sagittarius. At the time of writing, the Moon is passing through Mūla Nakshatra, a deep, transformational star space that aligns with the Galactic Center and carries the energy of the void. This is the domain of the fierce and dark goddess Nirṛti, associated with uprooting, endings, and necessary dissolution.
Saturn (Śani) is stationed in Pisces, preparing to turn retrograde. This can create a sense of inner pause or heaviness, especially if emotions or karmic memories surface unexpectedly. You may feel a sudden shake-up, a sense of emotional instability, a dread, or a fear of the unknown. These reactions are natural, especially if you are sensitive and attuned to subtle shifts, but they can also signal the soul’s invitation for a much-needed self-transformation.
In Vedic cosmology, the void is not a place of emptiness, but a space of potent creative energy. It is through this pause that inner renewal begins. Allow this clearing to happen naturally, without rushing to fill the space. As the Moon moves into fullness on July 10th at 9:36 PM (BST), in Pūrvāṣāḍhā Nakshatra, its light becomes more uplifting, offering strength to the heart, mind, and spirit.
Sagittarius is the sign of the Guru (Jupiter) and is his Mūlatrikoṇa. This day, July 10th, marks Guru Pūrṇimā, a sacred time to honour paramparic teachers, as well as the guides and transformative wisdom that have shaped your journey. Even difficult experiences can be seen as Gurus when they awaken deeper insight, growth, and evolution. The Guru is not merely a person (contrary to colonial narratives); it is a principle energy.
Nonetheless, two great teachers are present in this cycle: Jupiter, Guru of the spiritual path, and Venus, Guru of worldly wisdom, who is the planetary lord of Pūrvāṣāḍhā. Both offer their guidance in different ways. Hindu thought embraces the diversity of truth and the plurality of experience, holding that both, and all, are valid.
What might seem mundane may carry the Guru tattva (principle). You may be missing the guidance you need if awareness is lacking, or if the mind is distracted. Are you truly ready to seek higher knowledge? If so, it is your responsibility to prepare your body, mind, and spirit for this knowledge to be revealed.
This is a cycle that supports maturity, inner refinement, and an awakening of buddhi, the higher intelligence. The Sun, after all, is directly opposite the Moon, shining in Gemini, a Mercury-ruled sign that governs the mind, speech, and duality. The mental faculties are open and balanced, supporting clear reflection and renewed vision.
Apas, the cosmic water goddess who rules this lunar mansion, reminds us of the cleansing and cyclical nature of life.

What appears to be stuck or stagnant is already in motion, shifting and preparing for rebirth. There is an invitation here to surrender into the flow, to let go of old forms, and to trust in your ability to adapt and transform.
Leap into the life-giving waters. Let yourself fall, re-form, and return stronger.
This is the star of invincibility: The world is māyā, but the soul is eternal.
Every cycle of dissolution holds the seed of a victorious new beginning.
FULL MOON INTENTION:
Release the need to control outcomes, and let your emotions clear the path to deeper truth.
